Get Out Get Active learning resources part 3: How?
This series of learning resources shares the What? Who? How? and What next? from our successful Get Out Get Active programme. In these resources you will find evidence-based guidance on how to successfully support inactive people to take part in sport and physical activity.
Our Get Out Get Active programme breaks down the barriers surrounding activity and inclusivity. It shows activity in a different light, reaching people who thought activity wasn't available to them and closes the gap between disabled and non-disabled people's participation.
Part 3 of these learning resources focuses on 'How? - A new approach to inclusive activity for all'.
Get Out Get Active's unique model responds to people’s motivations, incorporating physical activity alongside existing community opportunities. These documents dive into the detail of delivery and will provide you with tangible ideas to reach and engage the very least active disabled and non-disabled people in your communities.
