Take part in our annual stakeholder survey

We want to understand your experiences of working with Activity Alliance over the last 12 months. Taking part in our stakeholder survey will help us understand our impact; and improve our services, policies, events and programmes.

Activity Alliance is inviting stakeholders to take part in our Annual Stakeholder Survey. Your feedback helps us understand how we have performed in the last 12 months. We want to hear about our impact and how we can better work together so sports and activities meet disabled people’s needs.

Complete our stakeholder survey - this link takes you to another website to fill out the survey. 

The survey can be completed by anyone who has knowledge of or has a relationship with Activity Alliance. This includes organisations inside and outside of the sports and physical activity sector. It will take 15 minutes to complete, depending on the types of support you have received from us.

The survey will stay open until 11.59pm on Sunday 22nd December 2024. Please share with colleagues, friends, or interested parties.
