Invitation to tender: customer service eLearning content update
We are looking to update our popular ‘Delivering an excellent service for disabled customers’ eLearning module. We also want to add to our training with a new specific version ideal for people who work outside of leisure. Our charity is now inviting proposals from freelancers or organisations who specialise in this focus area.
It is exciting times for our charity with a new strategy and a vision to see a future where all disabled people feel they belong in sports and activities. We are proud of our training for organisations and people who work in sport and leisure, community, and education settings.
Project background
Our ‘Delivering an excellent service for disabled customers’ eLearning module continues to be well-received by people who work in the leisure sector. However, there is an increasing demand for support on disability inclusion customer service for people, organisations and community groups who work outside of leisure.
To expand the support we provide, we want to identify improvements needed to ensure the current module is as up to date as possible and create a new specific, version of the eLearning for this extended learning group.
Through this project we are seeking a freelancer or organisation to:
- Identify updates required to the current ‘Delivering an excellent service for disabled customers’ eLearning module based on sector changes, impact and evaluation data and discussions with relevant people and organisations.
- Capture thoughts from people involved and organisations across the sport, physical activity and wider community sectors on what a high-quality, sector, customer service eLearning module will look like for people outside of the leisure sector.
- Co-design content topic areas with disabled people.
- Write content for a 1-hour, specific ‘Delivering an excellent service for disabled customers’ eLearning module version for people outside of the leisure sector.
