British Blind Sport will be publishing audio-first workouts as a new on-demand podcast series. This will be available through Spotify and Apple Podcasts, as well as video formats available on YouTube.

Workouts across HIIT, Boxercise, Legs, Bums & Tums, and Yoga will be available for users to access at any time from their home.

Alaina MacGregor, Chief Executive of BBS, said:

"Our Active at Home programme continues to successfully reach people who are keen to be active within the comfort of their own homes.  With an emphasis on improved accessibility, along with existing video content already available through YouTube and our website, we are delighted to publish our Active at Home programme across a range of popular audio platforms, further demonstrating our commitment to providing accessible, quality opportunities in inclusive physical activity for our blind and partially sighted people."
