Nominations open for Cheshire West and Chester Awards 2014
The Cheshire West and Chester sports awards will take place on Thursday 27 March 2014 at the Macdonalds Portal Hotel, and Sport Cheshire are pleased to announce that nominations are open.
Residents can nominate Individuals, Schools and Clubs in the following categories:
- Club of the Year - Nomination Form
- Coach of the Year - Nomination Form
- Disabled Sports achiever of the Year - Nomination Form
- Junior sports achiever of the Year - Nomination Form
- Primary School of the Year - Nomination Form
- Secondary School of the Year - Nomination Form
- Special School of the Year - Nomination Form
- Special recognition - Nomination Form
- Volunteer of the Year - Nomination Form
- Young volunteer of the Year - Nomination Form
The period the nomination refers to is September 1 2012 - September 30 2013.
