Nominate for your South Yorkshire Disability Coach Of The Year 2014
South Yorkshire Sport is looking to recognise the achievements of dedicated sport coaches delivering disability or inclusive sport sessions. If you know of a great, inspirational coach who is coaching disability sport in South Yorkshire who deserves recognition for their commitment to and achievement in sports coaching they want to hear from you.
Please complete the survey monkey application form telling the County Sports Partnership about the coach and why your nomination deserves to be the South Yorkshire Sport Disability Coach of The Year 2014.
This may include their dedication to sport through their hours of delivery, the passion and inspiration they provide to others or from their athletes achievements, be it getting involved in sport for the first time to winning the Cup Final! We want to hear about them and reward their hard work and dedication to sports coaching.
The winner will then be put forward to the Sports Coach UK 2014 National Awards later in the year!
