Together We Will ambassador meets Cheslea FC idols
Together We Will campaign ambassador Jude Liversage, from Staffordshire, was recently invited to meet his idols at Chelsea FC team at their training ground in Cobham.
The lifelong football fan, that regularly travels the country to watch his beloved blues, went along with his father Tony to meet the first team, including his favourite player John Terry (pictured above).
The visit recognised Jude’s enthusiasm for football and his role as an ambassador for nationwide campaign, Together We Will. The campaign aims to encourage and motivate disabled people, along with their friends and families, to become more active.
Jude, who has cerebral palsy is football mad, his motivation and enthusiasm to be active has led him to live a healthy and happy life. As part of the Together We Will campaign Jude and his dad have shared their experiences of being active together as a family, to encourage other disabled people, along with their family and friends to take part in sport and exercise.

While at Chelsea's training ground, Jude, took the opportunity to pick up some top tips from the players. Ahead of taking part in CP United's accessible football festival last weekend at Partington Sports Village, which was supported by Cerebral Palsy Sport.
