Complete Calvert Trust’s survey on Activities, Holidays and Short Breaks for Disabled People and you could win a £200 One4all gift card.
Calvert Trust are undertaking some research to find out what kind of activities, short breaks and holidays are of interest to disabled people, and what needs to be in place for people to be confident that they can access accommodation and activities.
If you or a family member have a long-standing and limiting disability or illness, then you are invited to take part in a short online survey.
Complete the survey before midnight on 7 March 2016, and you can choose to enter a draw to win a £200 One4all multi-store shopping card to thank you for your time.
