Are you passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support to help drive and showcase meaningful impact? We are looking to appoint a detail-orientated individual to join our Research and Insight team.

Activity Alliance is looking to appoint a proactive, detail-orientated individual to join our small and high-performing Research and Insight team. The Impact and Evaluation Officer will help administer our impact and learning bank and champion inclusive evaluation practices that align with our strategy.

Disabled fitness instructor supporting her client to use the rowing machine in the gymThe successful person will work closely with colleagues from across the organisation to support the collection of evidence and support the embedding of consistent data collection frameworks. You will contribute to facilitating staff to understand what we mean by impact and support the preparation and submission of reporting information to meet operational delivery and funding requirements.

This flexible, part-time role is for a fixed term until the end of March 2027.

The successful candidate will be within our hybrid working model, occasionally needing to be present at either our Loughborough or Manchester office, subject to agreement with the Research and Insight Manager.

We offer 26.5 days of annual leave, including Birthday leave, plus bank holidays. Activity Alliance also closes between Christmas and New Year which means that employees are not expected to work during this time and they are not required to use their annual leave allowance to have this time free from work.
