Our charity is looking to appoint an experienced administrator to join our Workforce team to support the effective delivery of our training and learning products.

Join Activity Alliance, the national charity and leading voice for disabled people in sport and activity.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to administer processes and systems linked to workshop bookings and the running of our learning management system. The postholder will need to demonstrate the utmost attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. They will need to be able to build relationships with partners, tutors and potential customers and have a proactive approach to completing finance paperwork and reporting information.

This role requires you to have considerable experience using Microsoft 365.

This role is full time and on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. We operate a hybrid working model, with the option of being based in our Loughborough office.

We offer 26.5 days of annual leave, including birthday leave, plus bank holidays. Activity Alliance also closes between Christmas and New Year which means that employees are not expected to work during this time but also, they do not use their annual leave allowance to have this time free from work.
